Menu and pricing Menu items, prices, availability, ingredients, photographs, and meal descriptions may change. The price applicable at the time of a confirmed order will be used for that order. Photographs are illustrative and actual presentation may vary.

Customer responsibility You are responsible for providing accurate name, phone number, email address, delivery address, quantity, and other information required to fulfil the order. Incorrect information may result in delay or failed delivery.

Delivery Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by traffic, weather, operational conditions, customer availability, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the meal at the provided address.

Subscriptions Subscription plans are governed by the plan details displayed at checkout. Subscription meals are scheduled according to the selected service dates and the published weekly menu. Menu availability may require reasonable substitutions or operational changes.

Payment verification For UPI or other manual verification flows, you may be asked to provide a UTR or payment reference and payment proof. Orders may remain in Processing until payment is verified.

Cancellations and refunds Cancellations, refunds, and adjustments are subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy published on this website.

Prohibited use You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with service operation, submit fraudulent payment information, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
